No Frills Cleaning

No Frills is a cleaning duo based in Essex and Hertfordshire UK. They offer basic domestic and office services with no hidden extras.

They started their own cleaning company after one of the team was pregnant and needed cleaning for their home. Every cleaning company they contacted would book the cleaning and then add the booking fee, a fee for products, and a fee to use their Hoover, etc, and by the end of the call, she had a big bill. All she wanted was for someone to come around her home and help her give the house a clean before the baby arrived, be given a straightforward cost, and give the cleaner a fair wage.

They were inspired by a brand they used as teenagers, which offered low-cost food brands such as noodles, toiletries, and cleaning products for a low fair price. Adding a little nostalgia for the company but also showing that you can have low-cost good quality.

Brand board for No Frills:

A brand board is used to put together the logos, fonts, colour palette and mock-ups for the brand that we have worked on, this is then presented. Then the client and MHD will work together to see if any adjustments need to be made before the files are either sent over as a finished piece or to be used to build the website for the brand.
